By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Entertainment Only

Aussie Royale Club is a social casino entertainment app. The App does not offer real-money gambling, real-money betting, cash prizes, or rewards of real-world value. Virtual chips are for entertainment purposes only and cannot be exchanged for money, goods, services, prizes, or any item of real-world value.

3. Age and Audience

The App is intended for adult audiences and is not directed toward children. You must comply with the age requirements and laws applicable in your location.

4. Virtual Items and Progress

The App may include virtual chips, rewards, achievements, levels, or other virtual items. These items have no monetary value and do not represent property.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, exploit bugs, use automation or cheating tools, or use the App in a way that violates applicable law or platform policies.

The App does not provide gambling services and does not allow users to stake real money or receive real-world value from gameplay outcomes. Success in the App does not imply future success in real-money gambling.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

The App may use third-party services such as Google Play Services, Firebase, AppsFlyer, and notification delivery services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
